Located just a few minutes from the Atlantic ocean and Folly Beach, 15 minutes from downtown, we enjoy having family and friends visit and take advantage of the warm sunny days and vibrant evenings. Avid travelers, making many cruises and vacations our passion. We have 2 businesses – Cato Services of Charleston LLC and Smith Properties of Charleston LLC, both offering property management and related services to our clients in the short term rental industry.
